Media and Sensor Data (when used): camera images for features like slip scanning or counting workflows, and location data for map/field plotting features.

Camera: used only when you choose camera-enabled features (for example, scanning slips or flock counting).

Location: used when plotting field boundaries and location-aware mapping features.
